Brought the car in for a standard oil change, was asked to add on over several other standard services which I approved. Got the car back the next day and can't go over 40mph without the car chugging and sputtering. Checked the oil and it was so low I had to go to the store and buy more... still the chugging continued. Called to have all other fluids checked and was told that they couldn't look at it for a week.

As has always been the case when I come for scheduled service, my appointments are on time and completed in a reasonable time frame. The staff are always courteous and informative keeping me updated as to the status of my service.
