Positives: I like having a relationship with a direct advisor, having the ability to directly text, and liked the feature where the technician sends you a video explaining what is wrong.
Negatives: There was no transparency in terms of when I would get my car back. My car was there for a week with no rental and almost every day I was told it would be ready by the end of that day. I completely understand the need to have my car a week, but the communication wasn’t honest and they didn’t work with me to ensure I had alternate transportation. On my advisor’s day off, it didn’t seem there were systems in place to allow anyone else to communicate with me which led to me calling many times and never getting a response until my direct advisor was back at work. Finally, after getting my car back fixed, I had to go BACK to the dealership 2 days later because my drivers side window was no longer automatic and I had an alert for the oil level.

Treated with respect, friendliness (and even a little humor) when arrived and provided a comfortable waiting area to relax in while having the vehicle serviced. after work was complete, my husband was filled in on the details and any issues to prepare for in the future after a thorough inspection done to his car.
