My sales rep Dave was awesome! He answered all my questions in person and over email and was always available when I needed him. The process was super quick and easy. I’m not sure I would ever shop anywhere else besides Patrick VW going forward and I have recommended them to many since purchasing my car. Thanks Dave!

Booking was easy. Service options and repairs were thoroughly explained and overall great communication by Mike Albee my service advisor. They worked within my requested time perimeters to have my vehicle ready for pickup. Great experience as always

I really like their service department. At my age and the number of vehicles I've owned, you've just come to expect the worst. I am always pleasantly surprised when I overshoot what I think I need, or what I've always been told I need in other ownership experiences, I don't actually do. For example, I own a 4 wheel drive vehicle and when I damaged a tire irreparably, I just expected that I Would need to purchase four, as I've always been told in the past. This was the first time anyone ever told me that there's an allowable variance in the tread depth between the tires, even on the same axle, my tires fell within that range, and I'd be fine purchasing one. I have a couple of examples like this. And all of their service consultants are just a joy to communicate with. I'll stay in a Volkswagen for as long as these guys exist, unless my next car is free, and even then I'd have to give it some thought.

The salesman I had was nice. The finance dept was nice. I have issues unresolved with my brand new car and missing features that I was told I had. Features I do have that don’t work consistently but was told by the service manager Keith very rudely that it was operator error and I obviously didn’t know what I was doing. Needless to say the sales guy, my husband and all three of my children could also not get it to work so clearly it wasn’t just me.
I left my car for the day to look at issues with zero outcome. Then had a rental in which I had to make sure I refilled the gas tank on while they had my car and did nothing to it. Waste of my time and money. General manager Chris was nice but I’m still left with unresolved issues. The service manager was rude, but the assistant Sara I think her name was, was very nice. David and Daniel in sales were very nice. The finance gentleman was extremely pleasant to work with.
