We came in knowing exactly what we wanted, there was no sales work needed, all we needed was the key to test drive the car. Nonetheless, we were not offered any information about the car, we did all of this ourselves online when we got home. When we went back to purchase the car the next day, we were given some options regarding price of trade and financing. My husband was outside on the phone with the bank at the time. The salesman came back and put the paper face down on the desk waiting several minutes for my husband to return to show him the paperwork even though I was the purchaser of the car. Finally after several minutes of waiting for my husband, he said I guess I can show you. We were there over 4 hours almost causing me to miss an important meeting. They forgot to give me my ID back, my husband had to go back for it. There was zero communication after that. My husband left several voicemails regarding pick up that were unreturned. Finally after asking for a manager he was able to get the salesperson on the phone to coordinate. Once we got there to pick up the car, my husband got in the drivers side by my request and I got in the passenger side. The salesperson said “No, I sit there.” forcing me to sit in the backseat of the car in which I’m going to be the primary driver. Having three daughters I would never feel comfortable having them buy a car here without a man present. Not to mention, I am pretty sure that I bought one of the most expensive cars that you have on the lot.

Erika,in the service department, was very good with keeping me up to date on the progress of the repair that my vehicle needed. She also arranged for me to have a loaner vehicle while the repairs were taking place.
