VW charged me $32.00 to rotate my tires during my 20 thousand mile service and also when I went to use my windshield washer during bad weather and a very dirty windshield unknown to me my windshield washer reserve was empty, bone dry. I would think and hope a 20 thousand mile service would service these issues. Please don't take advantage of your customers, we pay enough for the vehicle and the finance. Also maybe take a video of the service like most dealerships do.....I can't trust what is being done to my vehicle going forward. Very unhappy with your service.
