Our Salesman Joe Patrock was super helpful with our needs and in answering all our questions. Our test drive gave us the chance to decide our new TAOS was the perfect vehicle for us and Joe made it happen. Hanna took the time to go over all the intricate details of the controls, settings, options and how to program them for us. She offered to help us any time with more questions. Finally, when returning once our paperwork was complete and registration paperwork done, it was great to finalize everything with a new inspection sticker!

I could not be happier with the service and professionalism that I received at Patrick Motors. Erica was so friendly and very helpful and explained everything that was performed on my 2024 Atlas Cross Sport. You are very lucky to have her at your dealership, it's nice to see such a smiley face after a long day AND up to date videos of the work that was done on my car. I was provided a brand new Cross port as a loaner car which made my experience that much better. The facility is IMMACULATE!! . KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK PATRICK MOTORS, AUBURN, MA. The service department was great as far as taking care of the recall repairs. However I feel the “loaner car” situation should have been explained much better prior to my appointment. I received a call at 7:50am from Enterprise to confirm a rental & to let me know of the deposit, none of which was explained by the dealership. My appointment was on a Thursday & Enterprise never called to refund my deposit until Monday. It shouldn’t have taken that long to return the loaner & get the refund. There should be clearer communication.
