Firstly, my car was brought in for a major repair with at least 3/4 of gas and when I picked it up 1- 1/2 weeks later the gas gauge was on empty. I, on the other hand, returned your vehicle with a full tank of gas. Mind you, this is a vehicle I bought brand new last year (Tiguan R). It also purchased the tire/wheel package w/cosmetic care when I bought the vehicle. That said, I had it also in your care to repair a “rash” on the rim and when I checked the work that was done…well, frankly, I don’t think it was repaired at all. It looks as it did when I dropped it off. Sarah told me it was done. I disagree. I wrote to your general manager and as yet have heard from him. I also brought you two customers who bought (2) cars from you last year; Mr. And Mrs. Britton. I am very disappointed!

As far as I can tell there is no need for a changing anything that these folks are already doing at this dealership I have no complaints. They are 100% professional and courteous all the time I go there for service. They always polite, especially Sarah Hall. She does a job great and she’s a valued employee and I appreciate that.

The customer service was professional and outstanding. The rep who handles the insurance for my tire was knowledgable and competent. A great overall experience. BUT while I waited, the hard rock music was grating on the ears for two hours. And I can't imagine that anyone looking at new cars to purchase would have lingered any longer due to that horrible music. Creating an atmosphere makes a difference. Something to think about.
