    Sarah was incredibly helpful and accommodating as usual. Her product knowledge and ability to answer questions about complex systems in a clear and concise manner are an asset to VW. In my experience with Patrick VW, I've always had the least amount of concern, frustration, and uncertainty waiting when Sarah is the representative coordinating my repairs and maintenance.
