An excellent greeting when I arrived and an excellent farewell on my departure. Other service centers have been doing the video multipoint inspection and I really appreciate it that Patrick does that now as well, along with asking what things I would like done via text to resolve any issues discovered. The time it took to complete everything I was servicing that day was amazingly fast. Everyone I interacted with were a joy and pleasure to work with.

Service department squeezed me in to check on the problem I was having with a car window. Not only did they fix the problem, they performed a full inspection of my car and found that I needed to immediately replace the rear brakes. This service was also performed at the same time as the window repair.
