Didn’t fix my squeaking brake pedal. Put new brakes in it though….If you listened to me on the phone i said “Brake Pedal”. not brakes……Don’t worry. I hit it with WD-40 and fixed it myself.

I found out that the customer does not matter when it comes down to owning up to a company proven problem with the back brakes with my vehicle even though I received a letter from VW stated there were known problems with back brakes with my vehicle.

The experience was terrific ... however one of the items I scheduled was a state inspection. This could not be done do to some renewal BS...Just what that means I'm not sure, but you guys should have been more on top of this issue. Now need to return just for that... not cool!
