Power and Drivetrain
The Volkswagen Atlas comes with a turbocharged 2.0-liter, four-cylinder engine that produces 235 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque. This is mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission. Front-wheel drive is standard, with all-wheel drive as an option.
Interior
You can get the Volkswagen Atlas in either a two-row, five-passenger setup or a three-row, seven-passenger configuration. Heated front seats and synthetic leather upholstery are standard. As for tech, Apple CarPlay®, Android Auto™, and two USB ports are standard.
Volkswagen Taos

The Volkswagen Taos comes with a turbocharged 1.5-liter, four-cylinder engine that offers 158 horsepower and 184 lb-ft of torque. An eight-speed automatic transmission is standard, with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic as an option. Front-wheel drive is also standard, but you can upgrade to all-wheel drive.
Interior
Up to five people will fit nicely in the Volkswagen Taos, and cloth upholstery comes standard. There are also quite a few built-in tech features. In addition to smartphone connectivity, you will get a Wi-Fi® hotspot, HD radio, and push-button start.
Volkswagen Tiguan
Power- and Drivetrain
You’ll get a turbocharged 2.0-liter, four-cylinder engine with the Volkswagen Tiguan, and this puts out 184 horsepower and 221 lb-ft of torque. This is paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission. Front-wheel drive comes standard, and all-wheel drive is available.
Interior
The Volkswagen Tiguan accommodates five people in two rows or seven people in three rows. Standard features include cloth upholstery and heated front seats. It also comes with many tech features, such as proximity keyless entry, two USB ports, and smartphone connectivity.
