For a while now, the Volkswagen Atlas has been a top midsize SUV. And in the last couple of years, it has spawned a new variant: the Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport. While not as big as the original, this model still has a fantastic interior with many state-of-the-art features.
Comfortable and Roomy Interior
The Volkswagen Atlas can come in a three-row setup, but with the Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport, you’ll get two rows. Even so, both have a lot of head- and legroom and can accommodate up to five people.
Standard features include synthetic leather upholstery and heated front seats. You can upgrade to get genuine leather upholstery, ventilated front seats, and heated second-row seats.
Lots of Cargo Space
You’ll have no complaints when it comes to cargo room, as the Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport offers 40.3 cubic feet behind the back row and 77.8 cubic feet when it’s down. A manual liftgate comes standard, but you can switch that out for a hands-free power liftgate.
Numerous Tech Features
The Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport comes with a variety of advanced tech components. Along with a user-friendly infotainment system with a 6.5-inch touchscreen, you will get Android Auto™, Apple CarPlay®, and two USB ports. Keyless entry, Bluetooth®, and a six-speaker stereo are also standard. Extras include:
- Wireless device charging
- Three extra USB ports
- Satellite and HD radio
- Wireless smartphone connectivity
- Navigation system
- 12-speaker stereo
- Remote start
- Ambient lighting
